IT Leadership

For a division that was acquired and spun-off into a separate entity, we provided IT leadership to build a solid technology infrastructure, managed and implemented an upgrade to their ERP system onto a new platform, and assisted with selection of a new IT Director.

All of this was accomplished in a 5-month timeframe, one month in advance of a non-negotiable deadline.
